  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

    Welcome to Rangam AutoApply ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Rangam Consultants Inc. ("Rangam", "Company") governing your access to and use of the Rangam AutoApply platform. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM.

  2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

    2.1 Platform Overview

    Rangam AutoApply is an AI-powered job application automation platform that:

    Matches candidates with suitable job opportunities using artificial intelligence
    Automatically submits job applications on your behalf based on your preferences
    Processes resumes using AI to create structured candidate profiles
    Provides job recommendations and notifications

    2.2 AI-Powered Features

    The Platform utilizes artificial intelligence technologies including:

    Resume Processing: AI extracts and structures information from your resume
    Semantic Matching: AI analyzes job requirements and candidate qualifications for compatibility
    Automated Application Submission: AI automatically applies to jobs matching your criteria
    Intelligent Recommendations: AI suggests jobs based on your profile and preferences

    2.3 Third-Party AI Services

    The Platform uses OpenAI's GPT-4o and embedding models to power certain features. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by third-party AI services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

    3.1 Eligibility Requirements

    You must:

    Be at least 18 years of age
    Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
    Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
    Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information

    3.2 Account Creation

    To use the Platform, you must:

    Create an account with a valid email address
    Provide truthful information about your professional background
    Upload a current and accurate resume
    Configure your AI Agent preferences

    3.3 Account Security

    You are responsible for:

    Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
    All activities that occur under your account
    Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
    Ensuring your contact information remains current

    3.4 Account Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

    Violate these Terms
    Provide false or misleading information
    Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
    Abuse or misuse the Platform

  4. AI AGENT AND AUTOMATED APPLICATIONS

    4.1 AI Agent Authorization

    By activating the AI Agent feature, you explicitly authorize the Platform to:

    Automatically search for job opportunities matching your criteria
    Submit job applications on your behalf without prior approval for each application
    Use your profile information, resume, and preferences in job applications
    Communicate with potential employers using your contact information

    4.2 User Control and Configuration

    You have the ability to:

    Set daily application limits (maximum number of applications per day)
    Define job preferences (location, industry, keywords, etc.)
    Pause or deactivate the AI Agent at any time
    Review application history and matches

    4.3 Geographic Matching

    The Platform uses a 35-mile radius from job location as the default geographic filter. Jobs beyond this radius will not be automatically matched or applied to unless you modify your preferences.

    4.4 No Guarantee of Results

    We do not guarantee:

    That you will receive job offers or interviews
    The accuracy or suitability of all job matches
    That all applications will be successfully submitted
    Employment outcomes from using the Platform

    4.5 User Responsibility

    You are responsible for:

    Ensuring your resume and profile information are accurate and up-to-date
    Reviewing application history and following up with employers as appropriate
    Responding to employer communications in a timely manner
    Withdrawing applications for jobs you no longer wish to pursue

  5. RESUME AND DATA PROCESSING

    5.1 Resume Upload

    By uploading your resume, you:

    Grant us permission to process, analyze, and store your resume
    Represent that the resume is accurate and belongs to you
    Acknowledge that AI will extract and structure information from your resume
    Understand that processed data will be used for matching and applications

    5.2 AI Resume Processing

    Your resume will be processed by AI (OpenAI GPT-4o) to:

    Extract structured information (skills, experience, education, etc.)
    Create a searchable candidate profile
    Generate semantic embeddings for matching purposes
    Enable automated job applications

    5.3 Data Accuracy

    You acknowledge that:

    AI processing may occasionally misinterpret or incorrectly extract information
    You should review your processed profile for accuracy
    You can update or correct your information at any time
    We are not liable for errors in AI-generated profile data

  6. MATCHING ALGORITHM AND RECOMMENDATIONS

    6.1 How Matching Works

    The Platform uses AI-powered semantic matching that:

    Analyzes job requirements and your qualifications
    Calculates similarity scores based on skills, experience, and other factors
    Considers geographic proximity (default 35-mile radius)
    Ranks jobs based on compatibility

    6.2 Match Quality

    While we strive for accurate matching:

    Not all matches will be perfect or suitable
    AI recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees
    You should review matches and use your judgment
    Match scores are estimates and may not reflect actual employer preferences

    6.3 Transparency

    We provide:

    Match scores showing compatibility percentage
    Application history showing which jobs the AI applied to
    Configuration options to refine matching criteria

  7. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

    7.1 Permitted Uses

    You may use the Platform to:

    Search for legitimate employment opportunities
    Submit applications for jobs you are qualified for
    Manage your professional profile and preferences
    Receive job recommendations and notifications

    7.2 Prohibited Uses

    You may NOT:

    Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
    Create multiple accounts or share accounts
    Use the Platform to spam employers or submit applications in bad faith
    Attempt to manipulate the matching algorithm
    Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Platform
    Reverse engineer or interfere with the Platform's functionality
    Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
    Violate any applicable laws or regulations
    Infringe upon intellectual property rights
    Harass, abuse, or harm other users or employers

    7.3 Consequences of Violations

    Violations may result in:

    Immediate account suspension or termination
    Removal of your data from the Platform
    Legal action if applicable
    Notification to affected third parties

  8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    All intellectual property rights in the Platform... are owned by Rangam or its licensors...

    8.1 Platform Ownership

    Software, code, and algorithms
    Design, layout, and user interface
    Trademarks, logos, and branding
    Content and documentation

    8.2 User Content License

    By uploading content (resume, profile information, etc.), you grant Rangam:

    A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license
    To use, process, store, and display your content
    For the purpose of providing the Service
    Including sharing with potential employers during job applications

    8.3 Feedback

    Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Platform become our property and may be used without compensation or attribution.

  9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

    9.1 Service "AS IS"

    THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND...

    9.2 AI Limitations

    YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

    AI systems are not perfect and may make errors
    Resume parsing may misinterpret information
    Job matching is probabilistic and may include unsuitable matches
    Automated applications may occasionally fail or be submitted incorrectly
    We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of AI-generated outputs
