What the AI Agent Does
When you activate the AI Agent, our artificial intelligence will:
Automatically search for job opportunities that match your profile and preferences
Submit job applications on your behalf without asking for approval each time
Use your resume, profile, and contact information in these applications
Apply within a 35-mile radius of each job location (configurable in settings)
Respect your daily application limit and keyword filters
Send you notifications when applications are submitted
How AI Matching Works
Our AI uses advanced technology to find the best job matches for you:
Resume Processing
- Your resume is analyzed by AI (OpenAI GPT-4o) to extract skills, experience, and qualifications
- This creates a structured profile for accurate matching
Semantic Matching
- Jobs are compared to your profile using AI algorithms
- Similarity scores are calculated based on skills, experience, location, and your preferences
- Top matches are automatically identified
Geographic Filtering
Default radius: 35 miles from each job location. You can adjust this in AI Agent Settings.
Data Processing & Privacy
How Your Data is Used
- Resume and profile data are processed by AI systems
- OpenAI processes your data for resume parsing and matching
- Personal information (PII) is stripped before generating semantic embeddings
- Your data is NOT used to train third-party AI models
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
What We Share with Employers
When the AI applies on your behalf, employers receive:
- Your resume and cover letter (if provided)
- Your name, email, and phone number
- Relevant profile information they request
Automated Matching Transparency
Automated matching is based solely on skills extracted from your resume. No personal demographic data is used.
